I'm net to SparkPeople and hope that I have finally found something that works and that I have the guts to continue in the long run!
I can no longer do the low carb and food weighing needed on so many diets. - There must be a more sensible way of getting to my goal.
I know what my problem is and I hope there are other that can give me advice on how to get around them (emotional eating, overeating bla bla bla)
It seems as if there are so many successes on this program and I applaude each of you, because, I know hoe difficult it is!
