Hi Melissa great to have you here. Hope you love it as much as I do. The more diligent work you put into your healthy living, the better you'll do and the bigger the bonus...pretty much like any job in the real world. My sister lived in Midrand for many years but her husband insisted they go and live in the UK to get away from the crime. They were burgled, held up at gunpoint 4 times in one month. They also had armed response units drive them to work and back again. Sounded hectic cos here in lil old George, its relatively quiet - drought ridden - but quiet.

I will NOT run emotionally from compliments and hide in fat layers for protection.

Hi, my name is Melissa and I am a food addict! lol! Well now I am trying to become an HEALTHY food addict with a fetish for gyming! I live in Kempton Park and work in Midrand, i have three stunning kids aged 2, 3 and 8 years old! I weigh 90.1 eish! I am just trying to break that 90 kg mark that I have not seen since 2006! Anyways this is a new year, a new start, 2010 is my year! :)
