Ek is ook van Kaapstad :)
Thank you for the inspiration.
The problem with taking the pill I think is that it creates a hormonal imbalance.
It takes some time to eliminate this from the body so you need to be patient.
Lots of water I find flushes the system well.
My children are in the late 30 and 40 plus age groups so its been a while for me.
Baby steps. Just keep moving forward.

My God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Phil. 4:19

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass... It's about learning to dance in the rain.
I used to have my goal weight for years, until I fell pregnant. My baby will be 9 months next week, and I still cannot shake the extra weight. The thing is, I did not even pick up alot of weight during my pregnancy. The weight piled on after my baby's birth though, when I went on the POP/mini pill.
I stopped it a month ago though. I always eat healthy food, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, no junk, but still cannot lose any weight :(
