I used to have my goal weight for years, until I fell pregnant. My baby will be 9 months next week, and I still cannot shake the extra weight. The thing is, I did not even pick up alot of weight during my pregnancy. The weight piled on after my baby's birth though, when I went on the POP/mini pill.
I stopped it a month ago though. I always eat healthy food, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, no junk, but still cannot lose any weight :(
