Hi Lucinda. I recently attended a lecture called be-do-have and it really isn't difficult. It's no harder dishing up a salad as it is dishing up 2 slices of bread!!! Try by eliminating 1 slice first and have an open sandwich for a week, then you'll see how easy it is and be able to ditch the 2nd slice.
We have to reinforce ourselves by verbalizing what is to become our reality. If you say its hard...it will be and if you say its easy....it will be.
The more negative your talk to yourself and the world is, the more you reinforce that this journey is incredibly difficult. That's how we got to be emotional eaters in the first place.
So I recommend that you start by telling yourself (and believe yourself cos you're not a liar) that it is easy and it will become easy. I guarantee that!
