I am a short fat person who gained 12kg when I stopped smoking over 5 years ago and I am battling to lose that excess weight. I do Tai-Bo 4 times a week when I am here at work for 6 weeks ( I am an Advanced Life Paramedic working in a remote site in the Northern Cape ) and when I am at home in East London for the other 6 weeks, I work on a response car doing usual paramedic things, so my life is erratic to say the least. I eat as healthy as I can, in these circumstances, and take all my nutrients, vitamins etc. but I cannot budge this excess fat especially around tummy and midriff. The story of my life guys!!!
