Hello from Cyprus in the Med Used a bike from Age of 10 still biking now 61 bike 6 time a week is weather on my side. Bike is a good exercise will help to get fit again & drop weight fast. Jacques

Hello everyone I am new to this site and came across this challenge and think it is awesome. I am 30 yrs old and really want to lose weight and get back into shape. My kids do a walking challenge at school but my daughter is really not to into it. I thought this challenge would help keep me motivated and also get her motivated as well and it will be something we can do together.
