I've been active on the site for about a month now but my activity does not generally include actually posting to groups. I thought I would give it a try as I am getting more and more into the Web 2.0 world through work. And to be completely honest I wanted the sparkpoints, those incredibly meaningless and yet oh so tantalizing sparkpoints. My main goal is just to be healthy which generally I am. However, having finally recouped a 15 year old knee injury to the point that I am allowed to run I have set a goal of doing a sprint triathlon in September. To do this I would like to be a few pounds lighter and have a lot more energy so I spend most of my time trying to figure out what else I can eat that is healthy rather than just quick shots of sugar.
