to Sparkpeople, you will find everything you need here. Congratulations on getting rid of the excess weight, you are doing well already. I have found that tracking works well for me. I think that as well as taking care of what you put in your mouth, combining that with regular exercise is the key. I have worked up to exercising 6 hours a week and it is six hours I really enjoy. So my suggestion would be investigate the exercise resources here and keep trying things until you find two exercise routines you really like, and work up to doing them five or six days a week. Good luck with your efforts!
If hunger isn't the problem, food won't fix it.

I'm Anna, 28 years old and have just joined SparkPeople as a good friend of mine joined me up :) If anyone has any good tips on how to use this site - especially for tracking NZ food - please let me know :) I am a big fan of clean, healthy eating - I am currently volunteering for a weight loss programme & have been doing it since February 2013. I am so grateful to be having this opportunity to lose my unwanted fat & to start feeling good about myself. Even though in the past three months I have had lots of social activities - birthday/valentines day/weddings/hen's nights/days etc, I have managed to lose nearly 3 kgs & little over 30cms in total :) Goal is to lose at least 5 - 8 kgs. I have to say it has not been easy but I am determined to succeed!
If you would like to know me bit better, welcome to send me a message. Share recipes etc :)
