Welcome! I think everyone has been guilty of starting too much too soon at some times in their lives.

I have to keep reminding myself to only commit to changes that I am prepared to follow through with every day for the rest of my life... and only one change at a time. Wait until that change is bedded in before making another one. We have the rest of our lives ahead of us, what's the hurry?

Good luck with achieving your goals!

Well, I am starting spark again after 2.5 years away. I enjoyed the focus and motivation spark gave me back then, but never really figured out the social side - gaining sparkfriends, feeling supported. I didn't really engage with the sparkteams, and hope to change that this time :)

Last time I took on three challenges at once, and had committed to too much, too soon, resulting in injury and the slippery slope away.

This time, I have joined the official ten minute daily challenge, and will complete that, while getting used to the daily tracking and how to use the site, as well as hopefully starting the habit of daily exercise. THEN I will expand into the harder challenges.

Baby steps :)
