My favourite is the Nutrition Tracker - I weigh all of my food for increased accuracy and enter it is there - ALL of my food;-D You will find that the SP Database for food is limited where it comes to NZ food. below is a link to a really good site that will take up the short-fall. Remember this is merely a healthy lifestyle - it is NOT a diet - it isn't about deprivation or starvation, OR excessive work-outs.
Just start this journey off with baby steps, changing only one or two things to start with, and only when your mind/body has gotten used to the change, add something else to the mix. If you have a lot of calories to drop, just do this in small increments because otherwise you could end up suffering from nausea and/or light-headedness.
You will find that by becoming active on the message boards in your various teams, you will get heaps of support. Some teams are more active than others but you will soon see which ones are by looking on the Team Pages.
I went to have a look on your SparkPage but noticed it was set to private. Of course, that is your choice, but having them open so that other members can drop by is a really good way of getting ongoing support because we often leave each other little messages (and the occasional goodie:-)
