I'm new to sparkpeople. I am a 30 year old mother of 3 (one almost teen a preschooler and a toddler) and wife to an amazing man (irishsean). I live the live the life of a domestic goddess, Homeschool my children and live simply and creatively.

I have lost around 50 pounds on my weight loss journey so far. I still have around 100 pounds to go. I am working on being healthy by eating yummy high nutrition foods. It has been eye opening to switch the point of meals to "as much nutrition as I can get into a meal", when it use to be "lets eat something super yummy and easy and not care what is in it". I eat Gluten Free (I can't tolerate it at all), Low Carbish, Kinda Paleo, Mostly Primal, Lots of tea. yummy.

I like moving in ways that make me smile Hooping, Playing, Hiking, Swimming, Dancing, and always wanting to learn something new. Especially anything to do with Flow-play- fun fun stuff :)
