To SparkPeople, This is a great site and this is a very supportive team. I have found the more information you give us about yourself the better we can offer help and support. I was diagnosed and went diabetic education classes. It was really helpful for me because you can also get questions answered locally too. You have to know what you are dealing with and that means you must learn as much as you can.
Do not ignore your condition any longer. Learn to manage your blood sugar because ignoring it can lead to many other conditions later in life, I am 69 years young I have never ignored it and coming to this site has taught me so much more,. Pat in Maine.
