I can honestly say I eat most of the food I have eaten all of my life. I have learned to prepare it differently and using the fabulous tracker i know how much i should eat.
I began with an AIC of 8.8 and now it is 5.2.
I have lost almost 50 pounds and I am healthier than ever. I will be 69 years old on the 13th and i am feeling great. I do walk and exercise i am afraid that really helps and now I love doing it. Using the Nutrition tracker really does help me to stay on track but i plan my own meals and track exactly what i have eaten.
I was diagnosed with FIBRO, i had all of the trigger points and after getting off medications for Diabetes and high blood pressure I feel so good.
