change the ticker to pounds lost instead of the range then your ticker will be from o to however many pounds you want to lose

if you look around there are several differnt ways of setting that up and sometimes it's because we don't get all the buttons pressed just right

10lbs in 1 week! I was told to change MY GOALS on START page so my calories could be adjusted!!! Well it made my ticker start at my current weight and now even though I lost 10 pounds... well 12 now :) It looks like I haven't lost ANY!!! :( Booo!!! Have I lost weight too fast? emoticon

they upped yesterday's temp 110 and that wasn't even adding the heat indice to it which made it feel like 117 just hanging out kathy..we haven't had rain for several months now and the grass is so brown for sure

Welcome to the team and we surely hope you are not diabetic but if you are you are in the right place, Once you get your DX then we can look at the next steps, but losing weight is a great first step.

Second: Will be hoping that your Dr's visit is all good news. That your numbers are better. Dr. is sure to be thrilled with your weight loss!

Sooo, I have a follow up on Friday with my regular doctor & I will find out for sure if I HAVE DIABETES!!! I'm hoping I DON'T but I joined this group just in case! Besides what better way to find out about controlling and cutting down on all that sugar in foods and learning from people that have to keep it DOWN! I am having some issues with my NUTRITION TRACKER right now! My CARBS are too HIGH! I need a monitor also to just check my glucose levels! I feel energetic,then tired. up & down all the time!
I started on the 15th of this month Myweight was 260lbs. Now I am 252lbs! I want & need to lose weight or I'm going to die because of it or experience MORE HEALTH PROBLEMS!
Keeping my fingers crossed & hoping no matter what you all will let me STAY?!

Getting It DONE ~ One day at a time!!!
