just do the best you can each day and don't give in to guilt when you'mess up'. Just do better NEXT time. Keep your focus on changing just a few (or even just one) thing at a time. Find a few supportive and encouraging friends who will help you hold yourself responsible for your moving forward....Good places to START.
I'm a type one diabetic and since I've had it, I've been abusing it it numerous ways. I really want to get on track with that, as well as lose weight and just be overall healthy. I also want to try to be more of a vegetarian and hopefully take out most to all meats in my diet. I want to lower my cholesterol since it is a factor of concern with my family. I want to take control of my life and be happy. Any advice would be helpful; I would love to talk to people on here :)
