Resistance bands work well. There are some free videos in the video library and you can try some out to help you build some muscle. I had back surgery and was limited after it. With Spark i am doing great,\. Take care and take a look at what you can do and then do it. I know it made me feel better accomplishing a bit more exercise each day.
Remember SMALL steps Do Not over do it.

Congratulations on asking for help. It's always one of the hardest things to do for me. Have you checked out the fitness section for those with mobility issues? I don't know a lot about it, but I've glanced and it seems like there are good resources for those who can't do a lot of movement, etc. Best of luck! Keep it up! Hope to hear from you again!

Hi all Just for info...I have back and leg problems and am unable to get much cardio OR strength training in,I can't stand/walk for any lenght w/o a LOT of pain.,,also have frozen shoulders. I try to get to the pool 2-3 times a week. but with gas cost it has really made me drop off. I would like to find things I CAN do in the meantime. Any one got any suggestions? I have had diabetes 42 years and am on a pump the last 13 years. My A1c is usually about 6.5. But I really need to lose a LOT of weight. Lost my focus when my daughteer died 13 years ago and gained 100 lbs. When I 'woke up' again, I didn't recognize myself! have lost about 30 lbs, but have stalled. could sure us some help. thanks
