Hi!
At the top of this page, there's a tab that says MY TRACKERS that activates a drop-down menu. Click on start, and your SP Start page comes up (naturally! lol)... at the top near the right side is another such tab labeled HOW TO USE THIS SITE... all kinds of tutorials and stuff!

And, if you click on the team name at the top of this page, it brings up a list of discussion topics you can join in on. ONe of them is the MDG Library, where you'll find reference materials: information and links to articles and websites that can help you learn more about your health...

Hi there. I am 68 years young and after a back surgery moving was difficult. Now I am moving daily and eating right. That is the only way to go.

Set your tracker as the diabetes tracker it is the best one for us diabetics. Go to the Health conditions and scroll down to Diabetes.
There is a very good tool on this site that helps me enormously.
Under MY TRACKERS do a web search.
When the search panel comes up there are 2 options. One is WEB use the other one SPARK. You can get to links for most things on the site very easily.
e.g. Set up my spark page
e.g. set up the diabetes food tracker
I hope you use it it will help.
