Doing your best is plenty, girl, no matter what it is you're doing! LOL
"The real secret of success is enthusiasm..." Walter P. Chrysler said it, I believe it. That's what I want in my life--to give my imagination a chance, to live with energy and enthusiasm!
Ralph Waldo Emerson said 'Life belongs to the energetic.' But you don't have to be frenetic and hyper--some energy is quiet and steady, like a heartbeat... and that works too! LOL

Welcome! From one yo-yo dieter to another. Congratulations to you!!! Your work for 2 weeks is awesome.
This is a great team. Supportive, informative and caring. I'm not an on-line chatter either. I do check in every day because I don't want to miss any of the great information posted. Recently I needed support for an issue I am having - and it was so comforting to know that others have been through it and were here for me.
Best wishes for much success. Post - even if it is only a line - to let us know how you are doing. Can't wait to hear about the improvements in your tennis game as you lose.

Once you know how you can work on reaching your goals and what you are willing to do to reach them, there is only one step remaining. DO IT! MAKE YOUR DREAMS HAPPEN!
I'm Rosie. I am enjoying a wonderful retirement life if Florida with a few summer months in Minnesota. I have 2 daughters and 3 granddaughters and a wonderful husband who enjoys being pampered by all his girls! He has been great at supporting and putting up with all my yoyo dieting throughout the years. I'm ready to get down to basics and solve this problem once and for all. At the age of 68, I decided in November to take tennis lessons and become part of the very social tennis group. I currently look like a teddy bear in a tutu and I'm not as quick on the court as I could be if I lost 30-35 lbs. I'm having a great time, but I can make it better. When I discovered this approach, it looked like a sensible path. Time will tell. It is extremely slow for me as usual, but I'm still with it after 2 weeks. I have never been much of an on-line chatter, but I'll do my best to post and be encouraging to others.
