to Sparkpeople this is a fabulous place to be. Since I find you on a diabetes team i must assume your are a diabetic. I am a type 2. I used to take medication but using Spark I have gone from A1c 8.8 to 5.6 and I am off meds thanks to Spark
It is a big site but what helped me the most was using the diabetic tracker with my own food preferences. Set up your tracker and the look at the community and you will see lots of Diabetic articles to read.
The diabetic challenge is an 8 week challenge using food and exercise.
