sparks set my goal higher than i wanted, but i have been losing appr 2 lbs a month, not dieting just eating my vegs, fruits and drinking 8/10 of water a day. that doesn't leave much room in my stomach for other stuff. also walking, walking, walking. i hope to be down to 180 plus or minue by may which is 2 lobs a month but i am not going to stress over it. i think that increases our chances of failure. also remember the more insulin that you take the harder it is to lose weight. good luck!!!
Definitely this is the best place and time to start heading in the right direction. After such a rough stretch of road, you have to find, and start taking steps down the healthy path. And Spark is the site to help. Small steps in the right direction is the way to success. Very definitely, welcome back. Sometimes I think that is the small changes that are more significant. When we jump in to far or try to tackle to much we can get stuck. Take it a day at a time, and small steps at a time and you will get to your goal!!

After a rough fall filled with illness and family issues, I have restarted my efforts. This time I'm starting small, with a goal of losing 10 lbs by March 31. Anything else would be too ambitious, and I don't want to make myself sick again.
