Best wishes as you go on this journey.

* * )l( Pam )l( * *

I love myself and therefore can make the best choices to help me reach my goals.

I remind myself daily what my goals are and which direction I want to go.

I can to this.
We can do this together.
We will continue on this journey until our dreams become our realities.

If you have not seen a diaabetic Nutritionist and a diabetic educator, please ask your doctor for referrals. This should not be an option, you NEED to have these appointments.

Also, do you have a glucose meter? Be sure to test often as you start out and learn what foods you can and cannot eat.... Your meter is going to be your best friend.

Keep in touch and let us know how you get along.
