My favorite tool is the Nutrition Tracker (above left under My Tools). It gives a daily meal-by-meal picture of where your eating habits are and where you want them to be.
If it has been awhile - or never happened - ask your dr for a referral to a Diabetes Educator. Many of them are also Nutritionists. They have a wealth of information and are valuable partners to have on your journey to being a healthy individual.
