Hello to all: I'm excited to be here. I joined SparkPeople last year, when I found the SparkPeople Diet and Food Tracker on my new iPhone and was making some of the yummy recipes. It wasn't until the beginning of this week, until I used the SparkCoach videos and and Forums. My goal is to lose 20 lbs and not yo yo up and down. I belong to the local YMCA and find that I exercise 3 times a week for 1/2 hour, I am able to burn right amount of calories for my fitness tracker goals. It sound excited and realistic!
