Welcome ProudHusker (sorry bout that). We're glad you're here. I'm sure traveling around like you do is difficult on any weight loss program. Please know that we can and will help you with anything you may be stumbling with. Our challenges alone are a great way to do a little at a time and get the job done. We also have a buddy system that you can check into by going to that thread and posting there for some additional help.

My husband and I love to travel. We have a motor home and we are gone for two months in the winter months. We also take shorter trips in the summer. Eating out is a challenge when we travel and I gain weight when we are gone. Our goal this coming winter is to not eat out so much with our friends. I also eat too much late at night. I am trying to get more sleep and trying to stop the snacking.
