You asked about the fat content in an almond, while I'm no expert, I do remember reading that the fat content in almonds is a healthy fat which is good for the body when eaten in the proper amount 1 ounce serving per day. Don't know if this was of any help to you, but I hope it helps!!
When I toast almonds I never see a bunch of fat left behind in the pan/cookie sheet. So if they lose fat I'd think the amount wouldn't be significant. I know when I grill a steak there is a lot of fat left behind. Or if I melt cheese on a cookie sheet there's lots of fat/grease on the sheet. Not so w/ almonds.

Hmm interesting question regarding the fat content of toasted almonds. Let us know if you find out. If all else fails, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to see if they might be able to help out. Unfortunately, I think you would need to send the email from your regular email. My name's Mary. Joined SP 6 days ago. Stumbled onto this site by accident while trying to figure out how many calories are in slivered toasted almonds. I'm trying to lose 15-20 lbs. I do Zumba, Turbo , strength training & others.
Still can't find out if slivered almonds lose some of their fat content if they're toasted :)
