1. I will weigh less than 199 pounds. 2. I will run a 5K non-stop again. 3. I will run 5K's regularly for fitness. 4. I will run 5K's with a 12 minutes mile or better. 5. I will fit back into my clothes that are size 12/14. 6. I will accept and remember that I feel GOOD at size 12/14. 7. I will eat healthy 80% of the time. 8. I will continue to work on my personal mental health and healthy boundaries. 9. I will challenge myself to be positive. 10. I will encourage and celebrate others even when I am feeling down.
