hi i am 50 old woman i have been over weight for 30 years now. at my heaviest i weighed 221, six yrs ago i hurt my back at work, i have lost some weight do to pain and surgeries, i am down to 177, but i go from 175 to 185 but here this past 2 weeks i have made a change joined a gym and really am determined to lose i need help with good common sense diets that really are easy and good. any help i would love to get thanks
