I take my morning meds with a bowl of oatmeal with a little bit of sugar free syrup in it. Sometimes I switch it up and use fresh fruit for a different flavor. Helps get me going for the day and no upset stomach from meds.

what's your sleep time. I sleep 4 hours (3;30 a.m.-7:30) if i'm lucky. so i know what you're going thru. are you eating because you're hungry or just because you're up. If you have to eat eat fruit or veggies. celery's good, hard to chew, takes longer to eat. drink water. the stomach is easily tricked. drink 8 oz and if your stomach is still rumbling 30 minutes later then you know you're really hungry. find busy work if you're up with nothing to do. work crosswords, dust the house, reorganize a drawer or the kitchen, busy work, occupy the mind. best i can offer. good luck
