hello and welcome to our team. I do know how you feel. As it stand all week I have had a really hard time sleeping. Like now I am really trier, but I can't go to sleep. I have tried those and they do not work for me. You came to the right place.

Hi! I've had issues with falling asleep ever since I was very young, and have tried different things on and off over the years. I've been on Wellbutrin for about two years now for anxiety and depression, and while it's been working really well for me, it makes it even harder for me to fall asleep. So I take Melatonin most nights, 10mg to 40mg usually, and maybe 3 or 4 times I week I take 25mg of Trazodone.
Those seem to work fairly well, but I am trying to set some goals to help myself sleep better overall. I'd like to be more careful about how late I exercise or have caffeinated drinks, I'd like to make it a habit to turn off my computer an hour before when I want to go to bed, and I'd to have a more consistent sleep schedule overall. Of course, these are things only I can change, but I'm hoping to get some extra motivation to keep me focused on my goals. :)
