This journey began because of a belt! Yes, you read that right, a belt! I've been looking for a belt, for my favorite jeans f-o-r-e-v-e-r!! I finally found one!!! (this is not an easy task when you are as heavy as I am) So, it's Sunday morning, before church, I'm all excited to wear my new belt, and my favorite jeans, when I come to the realization that said amazing belt is too BIG to fit in the belt loops on said favorite jeans. Heartbreak!!! Silly?? Maybe, but it opened my eyes to see that I can no longer let this continue!!
So, the moment I tell myself I'm on a "diet", I get hungry. Not just a little, but starving, and craving everything I see!! With Sparkpeople, it's really helping me lose that mentality, and think of it as "health", not "diet".
