I started out top weight 245 but that was when I actually got on a scale. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia almost 20 years ago. Over the years I've learned that I do so much better when I eat organic foods and I haven't eaten red meat in years I have been gradually working more raw foods, vegetables and fruit into my diet. I avoid drive through resturants like the plague.
Hi Crystal, and welcome to the team!!! As a sister and aunt of someone with autism, I can understand how difficult it can be to deal with. My autistic brother likes music. Do you think you could put on your favorite music and get your son to dance with you? This would be great and fun exercise for you both. I know that there are different degrees of autism, so I don't know if your son is slightly autistic or has a more severe version from your post. I wish you the best!!!

I do have a double stroller but its a stubborn one im trying to get a sit n stand.so i can walk with both my boys.i wish my 4 year old knew how to ride a bike or scooter.hes autistic so its hard teaching him.but i am determined to get this weight off

Welcome Crystal. Mom lives in nearby Mesa. You are fortunate to be able to exercise outside during most of the year. Except the summer of course. We have had some snow lately. I admire your weather down there. Good luck!
Hello my name is crystal i am a 25 year old female.i am 5'0" and weigh 175.3.i have 2 boys ages are 4 and 2.i am here to lose weight and change my life style.my goal weight is to be around 115 to 120.i started working out and eating healthier on feb 12 of 2013.my highest weight was 193.then once i realized it was time to change my weight was 188 on feb 12th.i try to work out every day and how long it varies.since its getting hotter in Glendale Arizona i cab do my walking much cause my kids are home in the morning and it gets way to hot to walk in the afternoon. I have a fitness game called yourself fitness.i try to do that everyday.i just started doing stair walking.i cabt afford a gyn membership yet.so i dont have any weights well i got 3 pounds hand weight that my aunt got me wen i startr.i really nees some support and motivation.so if anyone wants to help me through this add me.i can help u too
