I do not work right now because I help take care of my mom who has cancer again. I am up late a lot of nights so If I eat a late night snack & try to eat a healthy one like fresh fruit or baby cut carrots.

hi this is my first step into hoping for some help i am a 41 yr old woman that has had problems in the past with losing weight. i am hopeing this will help and keep me on track. i am one of those ppl that like midnight smacks trying to over come that by making better choices
i keep reminding myself i am doing this for myself and noone else.
