Hi there! I have a very hard time sleeping .. falling asleep, waking up and falling back asleep. Diabetes I found does not help, being a night person neither HAHA! so I am here to introduce me ^.^ and hopefully get back into healthy sleeping!
My name is FJ. I started living a healthier because I could not sleep. Since I started, sleep for ne is now a welcomed event!!! My goals are to lose at least 50 more pounds. So far, I have lost about 30 pounds. I walk two miles about 5 days a week. Additionally, I go to Karate class once a week. Ultimately, I want to support others on their journey to fitness. I also have a fitness page on Facebook called "90 Days and Counting". I call it that because I after the first 90 Days I would stop so the "and counting" part is most important for me.
