Welcome to the "I need sleep" team! A lot of people have started teams for their local area. You can check COMMUNITY at the top of this page, rolling your mouse over it will give you the drop down menu where you will find Spark Teams. If there is no team in your area you can start one!

There is also a virtual walking tour where you log your walking miles in "virtual" tours around the country.

I like going out for a walk but it is difficult to go through it alone so I need a buddy to encourage and to be encouraged. And I know it is a lot more fun to partner with somebody. I prefer a mature female. Please get in contact with me if interested. Thanks.
