Welcome to the "I need sleep" team! Have you found your nutrition tracker yet? If not, look up to the top of the page. You will see an orange bar. Roll your mouse over MY TRACKERS, then click on my Nutrition. On your nutrition tracker page you will have the option to turn on or off the menu plan (also grocery list) that SP has planned for you based on the information you gave on your start page. Just using the tracker will give you tons of information on the food you are eating. You will see exactly how much fat, calories, salt, protien, and carbs you are eating compared to how much you should be getting. The nutrition tracker is such a huge help, I think it is the most important part of SP.

There are also plenty of exercise videos to watch and follow, and information on different types of exercise. It all can be a little overwhelming at first, but since this is the first day of the rest of your new lifestyle, don't worry. Just take your time to look around, explore. SP really is a great resource.

Good quality sleep is also an important part of weight loss. Check us out on Insomnia Rants to let us know how you are doing and see what we are all up to!
