Welcome to the "I need sleep" team! Did you discuss your exercise plans with your doctor before starting? It is very important that any new exercise program be ok'd by your doctor, but walking is a great way to begin. When I began walking several years ago I found that I could not walk down the block without stopping to rest and catch my breath. I was walking to the bus stop which was only about three blocks away, but I had to plan three rest stops. Fortunately, within a couple weeks I did not need to stop to rest anymore. You will find your endurance improving too! Good luck!

Hi, I have 140 lbs to loose I am 60+ years old I have trouble excersing due to neck surgeries and a back injury I have started trying to walk but i only last 10-15 minutes I do not know if this is helpful I know I have to start somewhere If anyone has any suggestions please email me thanks very much for listening
