Welcome Kimbobrocky!! It sounds like you have some information that is helping you to be more careful with your eating and all. Make sure that your big meal at night is at least 2 to 3 hours before bedtime and don't exercise within 4 hours of going to bed. Both of those can cause your body to be doing things that might disrupt your sleep.

Welcome to the "I need sleep" team! If you have not done so already may I suggest you also join the "Managing Diabetes" team. You can find a lot of information on Hypoglycemia in the Spark People library, and get a lot of advice on what to eat from the members of the Managing Diabetes Team.
Be sure to get familiar with the nutrition tracker. You will learn a great deal just from using it everyday. I learned that my diet is to high in fat and salt, but that I control my carbs pretty well.
Our fearless leader Renee will be by to invite you to read her blog on sleep hygiene, hopefully you will find some help there. She has lots of good sleep tips.
Take your time and explore spark people at your own pace. There is a lot here and it takes some time to learn your way around. It is well worth the journey!

I have hypoglycemia and no money right now to deal with it. I am having trouble sleeping. I exercise 15-20 minutes per day on a stationery bike. I eat several small meals a day with usually one big meal in the evening. I don't eat sugar or chocolate. I use stevia and splenda. My water intake is up and down. I have trouble staying asleep at night.
