Hi and emoticon Margaret!!!! Well I don't feel old but yes on the fat. I'm just taking it one day at a time. Haven't mastered it yet. Still trying! This is the right place to be though. And I believe that; emoticon

I am still working at it myself. I am just doing one day at a time. If I fail one day, I am not going to get frustrated. So far I have lost 16lbs.

Posting is new to me. Feels a little like therapy but here goes . . . I'm almost 60 and feel like I'm turning into a fat old lady - it is very scary and at the same time makes me furious! I want to spend the rest of my life in strength, health, and with purpose. I know God didn't put me here to become an old cow. I feel extremely stupid that I can't figure out how to hang on to a healthy lifestyle. I've lost and gained tons of weight, and have gone from being a runner to a couch potato. Anybody out there who has successfully gone thru the middle age battle of fat and ailments, and has a success path to share?
