Take some time to look around the site and all it has to offer. Start off with the nutrition traker. Log everything you put in your mouth, even that little teaspoon of ketchup or relish or mustard, everything. You will then be able to see where you need to adjust your eating plan.

Hi! I am a 30 year old mother of 3 (6,5, and 2) and have been married for 7 years. Last year I realized that I needed to invest some time in myself. I wanted to be fit and healthy and needed a way to releave some stress. That is when I joined a gym and my friend and I have been following a great fitness routine. In March of this year we decided to train for a half marathon and just completed our first one in August. We are set to run our second one this December in Vegas. While we are doing very well fitness wise and I have managed to lose some weight, my eating habits are horrible and I know that is what is stopping me from reaching my goals. I am frustrated by this and know I really need to make a change. I had heard about this site from a friend through their facebook status. My running friend and I are trying this together. It looks wonderful and I am very excited!! There is my little story.....
