You will find all kinds of motivaion here. Check out the blogs and articles. Start by using theThe nutrition and exercise trackers. Then use the reports to measure your progress. Talk about motivation! Stay active on the boards even if you don't post, check in and read what others are doing.

With your healthy issues I would start by eating healthy and get in some exercise when possible.

Make sure you watch your sodium intake and drink more water per day....like 8 or more cups.

Always get your doctors advise and I want to wish you all the best!!

Hello, I'm from Huntsville, AL! I'm desperately needing some help and motivation, some friends who are in this same boat with me, we can support each other. Most of my friends have no weight issues so I'm in this alone. I just made 50 this year, I guess post-menopausal...I need to lose about 60 lbs, I'm having serious health issues and I'm afraid that if I don't lose this weight I'm not going to live. I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and borderline diabetic. I work about 50 hours a week, and just plain tired all of the time! I would love to meet new friends here.
