Hello, I'm from Huntsville, AL! I'm desperately needing some help and motivation, some friends who are in this same boat with me, we can support each other. Most of my friends have no weight issues so I'm in this alone. I just made 50 this year, I guess post-menopausal...I need to lose about 60 lbs, I'm having serious health issues and I'm afraid that if I don't lose this weight I'm not going to live. I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and borderline diabetic. I work about 50 hours a week, and just plain tired all of the time! I would love to meet new friends here.
