All of us have had to restart our programs and probably not just once. I know I have many times.
But this time it worked or should say I worked. It takes determination, and the fact you want to lose the weight. You have joined a good program you will get lot's of support. emoticon

Linda,

I just met you over in allergies. It's good for me to see you have more than one of my many afflictions, yet I don't like meeting under these circumstances. But, this just helps me to get to know you better and to be a better cheerleader! emoticon

Be blessed,

I just had lumbar laminectomy last week thurs, so ex is on hold for now, I can walk which I am doing. just trying to keep moving. not snacking too much, for some reason does not appeal at this moment. probably something to do with pain meds or something

Hi everyone! Here I am again, preparing to try another weight loss program. I feel like I've tried just about every program and system out there (probably not in reality but it sure feels that way) and failed every one of them. I know the mechanics of losing weight, I have trouble sticking with the lifestyle changes required to reach my goals. I guess if I'm to be totally honest here, I get bored with the process and just get lazy and quit trying.

I am 53 years old, married, currently unemployed, and raising my nearly 8-year-old grandson. I have requested, and received, a NutriBullet for Christmas this year. My intention is to make myself my project for 2014. Since I am unemployed I can't use 'lack of time' as an excuse to skip the exercise. I own a stationary bike, a Tread-Climber, and a good treadmill, as well as a small library of exercise DVD 's, so weather can not be used as an excuse.

You can probably tell I'm trying to psych myself up here. I plan to officially start after th e holidays but want to start making small changes now. Has anyone out there used the NutriBullet system? What do you think, does it work?

Like I've mentioned, I know that diet and exercise are the keys to success in the long-run. My goal is to find the key to staying on track for the long haul. Wish me luck!

Linda M
