When you start craving sweets, eat a piece of fruit. It's a natural sugar and it does the trick for me. Just give it a try.
I know how much you want to be under 300 lb., as I was 388 at one time, and I wanted that very badly, also. Don't beat yourself up! You will make it! One day at a time, remember?
It's good that you only had 1 glass of soda, for dinner.
If you can't get out and exercise, go to the exercise videos they have here at SP. There is a treasure trove of them, for all kinds of exercises. You have a whole library to chose from. Dare yourself to jump in and try one!
