Congratulations on quitting smoking. It's so easy to substitute putting food in your mouth instead of a cigarette. This is a great site to learn to be healthy and to keep yourself motivated.

Hello everyone, I am new to this site as of the first of the year when I decided it was time to get back on track. I had lost 80 pounds in 2011; gained most of it back in 2012. Ready to make healthy living a priority. I quit smoking after 25 years a few months ago and realized I had replaced one bad habit with another addiction (high fat carbs). I am commited to getting healthy and grateful to have found this site. Thanks!
