Missy, welcome back. You are at the right place for advice and support. Sounds like you have made a list of changes that is overwhelming. I would advise you to read a couple of articles about prioritising and goal setting and most of all, don't be so hard on yourself. Get the whole family to work together so that all the responsibility for change doesn't fall on your shoulders. Even if you have to tell them that they have to do it to help you reach your goals. I pray that God will give you wisdom and the strength to reach all your goals!

I am back again and need some support. My children and my husband need to loose weight too. My son feels so bad about himself and it scares me. He is way overweight and is depressed. I'm also going to college and my schedule for studying and work is going to be hard to get me started back. I feel like I should spend all my time studying. I feel like I need to be in better control of my time. I'm not sure how to do that. Any suggestions would help me. Thanks
