I have been on and off spark since I stumbled upon it in 2008. I have had several accounts, but I have kept this one since I created it in 2010. I have problems with motivation so I tend to start off strong, but eventually fizzle out and poof.
I decided that I was going to wait until after the holidays to try to lose weight. So here I am, again. I keep trying so I'm hoping that one day I will stay motivated and keep at it.
The past few months I have noticed that my heartburn is happening more frequently. I know most of my triggers so I try to avoid them when possible. Lately, though, it seems that I am finding new triggers. I believe that it is because over the year I have noticed my weight has slowly increased.
A few weeks ago when I decided that I must try to change to a healthier lifestyle again it was after a very bad heartburn attack. After that I knew something needed to change.
