Hi I am again giving this a go. l want to change my lifestyle not just think of this as a diet, if you go on a diet you eventually have to come off it and there lies the problem. So I am almost 52 years old, I have three children, and 2 grand children (twins), I am studying part time Nutritional Medicine, hoping to gain a career but also to get an insight into how people gain weight and what can stop them from reducing the weight, I would like to also build a career on helping people with weight problems and food intolerances, especially children. I have been ON A DIET for a number of years, if i was truthful I have been dieting since 1990 when my third child was born. Having a child at 30 doesn't do much for your metabolism. My studying came about because I have been working for the tax office of approximately 12 years as a casual, and last year being out of work for the longest time, 7 months, between contracts gave me a lot of time to think, and thinking that I hate being depressed a few months every year waiting for the tax office to recall me in for yet another contract. So studying between contracts seemed a good option. I weigh 99.7kg and I have increased my weight by about 5 kgs since starting and finishing menopause, so I think that I have a lot of hard work ahead of me.
