That's what I said Christmas night after I woke up with a horrible acid reflux attack after eating too much, and included spicy and fatty foods. So I'm walking and tracking what I eat again. No more excuses.
Watch me do this!

My acid reflux comes back as the pounds creep back and my eating habits start to slide and I don't exercise as much as usual. I was doing wonderful, no heartburn or reflux but then it started, just one day and then two. I was taking the zantax again which is the most I will take because I don't like getting back on the meds after doing so great getting off them. Last night was the last straw and I decided to get back on the wagon and bring the numbers back into safe to gold range once more.
I hadn't joined this team in the past because I don't post often and I don't like to take on more than I can manage but I really need to remember that this is just as important as losing weight. You see weight loss is not the issue - acid reflux is and I have to get it back under control and I don't want to forget that when things start getting better.
