Sounds like a good start. The clean foods will detox the body. What I'm realizing that it takes awhile to detox. Your not just cleaning out the bowls. Good look. I need some new ideas also.
Changing my life one day at a time from the inside out. Remembering the basics, to set goals, plan, implement, then revise. The journey will be hard and easy but remember to HAVE FUN!!!

Had my first fierce acid reflux attack for approx a year and half last night. I developed an ulcer over the years as it turned out I am a celiac. Lost 2.5 stone about the same time and have maintained a still to be honest overweight status at 13.62 stones. My eventual target is 11 stones. I have let some bad habits creep back in but hope to press control alt and delete and start again, The quack has stuck me on ozemeprazane to help heal quote my small ulcer and help with the reflux. This is for two weeks only as I have told him I want to do this as natural as possible. I'm goanna start for two weeks on veg and a little non acidic fruit then slowly reintroduce foods to maintain a healthy balance. Any tips are always welcome. Then I will have to start looking at more exercise. I walk to work everymorning 40 mins approx 2 miles. Then Yoga 1 a week on my third week. So need some inspiration for the rest.
