Hi everyone lost track for a while and gained some weight since, for some reason I became discouraged and depressed. But I am now back to my old self and working hard at keeping my weight down and getting it off. So far I have lost over 20 pounds and my goal is only 60 pounds away. I am averaging about a .5 per day and I am doing it with a 1000 calorie per day intake. My sedentary work is the thing that has prompted the low cal intake and it is working. I am not hungry at work nor do I crave and binge like before. I eat low quality protein, plenty of low cal high nutrition vegetables, and essential oils and fats only. I feel great and my body is tolerating this diet well. Any other suggestions would be great.

George

Welcome George. There is a video on the site for chair exercises. See if you would like to start this routine

If you strengthen your core you will find recovery after knee surgery easier.
Good Luck
