Don, under "My Nutrition" and the "Search" box, you'll see "Enter a food not listed" to the right of the search box. That's where you enter you custom food Nutrition Facts.

If your search has turned up "taco pizza" the best way to enter a slice is to weigh it. Get yourself a good, digital home food scale. I use an Eat Smart digital scale. If you are at a restaurant, you'll just have to guess at the weight of the slice if they don't have "slice" as an option in the tracker pulldown menu.

Hi Don, my name is Ron. I worked nights for 40 years and know your eating scenario quite well. I retired 3 years ago and I still have bouts with my night eating. I find that if I go to bed earlier I have a better shot at fighting it, but it does help that I have to take sleep aids for PTSD to get me into la la land. Before them there's no way I could get to bed and sleep before 3 AM. Good luck in your endeavor and any time you need an ear to yell in, I'm here.

Pleased to meet you! Thanks for the welcome! I do have a couple questions. I would like to post what I eat, the nutrition tracker has pre-loaded foods. How do I actually load like a slice of taco pizza?

Hi, my name is Don. Married to a wonderful a beautiful lady(Kim), 22 years. Three fantastic kids. Work the night shift in a factory, sleep days, and eat all wrong. I have 5 pins in each hip, and arthritis building in them. I know if I don't do something NOW, I could be in a hospital or grave shortly. I know what I need to do I just need the push to do it!
